At SBODI, we take care to prepare and package every order with attention to quality. Because many of our products are made for wholesale, private label, custom, or bulk use, all orders are considered final once placed.
All Sales Are Final
All orders are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been processed or fulfilled.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase, including product type, quantity, fragrance, size, label option, and shipping information.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine eligibility for a replacement.

Approved damage claims may be eligible for a replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed for damaged items.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale. Clearance products cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or replaced unless otherwise approved by SBODI.
Custom Printed Labels
Custom printed labels are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective. Because custom labels are created specifically for each order, please review all label details carefully before approving or submitting your order.
